1. What is the pure water that you use for the window cleaning?

We use filtered water that has had 99% of the impurities/minerals removed by a process called reverse osmosis.  This means that the water dries clear on the glass after we finish.

2. How do I know when you are arriving to clean my windows?

Our cleaning round is usually about every 5 weeks, sometimes it can drift into 6 weeks depending on the weather etc.   If there is a need to request that a side gate be unlocked prior to our arrival, we do offer a text message reminder service the day before we are due to come.

3. Why don't you use ladders?

We use telescopic poles to clean all of your windows.  This enables us to limit any accidents / damage that can occur with the use of ladders and mean we can access windows above conservatories and other areas that would be otherwise unreachable. 

4. How do I pay you?

After we clean your windows we provide an invoice that has the relevant payment methods on it.   We encourage customers to pay via online banking / BACS.  Although we do accept cash if that is preferable.
